- Monday to Saturday: from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Sunday: from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Arrivals are possible from 3:00 pm.

Key collection
- Go to the entrance of our building at 9 rue Sabaterie
- Contact remote monitoring (button at the top right of the entrance gate) to access the lobby
- Locate the safe box we indicated to you by email, opposite the elevator
- Enter the secret code sent to you in the same email
- Retrieve your apartment key
Access to your accommodation
- The small memo attached to your key indicates the floor and your apartment number
- In case of difficulty, you can contact Fabiola at 06 88 38 36 96 (Monday to Saturday until 10:00 pm, Sunday until 8:00 pm)
Our reception will be open from 9:00 am on the next working morning following your arrival
